This is the most vulnerable  emotional stage for a woman. do not panic @all. Try positive affirmations like I CAN TAKE CARE OF MY BABY . you can set it as ur mobile wallpaper or passwords. choose ur affirmations  and remind urself.Over n over again. Do wat u like  , learn what u have not been able to so far. go ahead and explore d ways to keep urself happy. Only u can find dat key.

this happens, and when you are sensitive pregnency harmones makes it more. best way will be try what u love and try writing your feelibgs in a diary foe your baby ,trust me this journey is so amzaing and each and every day your feeling when u express in notes just works wonder . once you have baby grown up show him this, your soulful expression he will just love it. try writing from today it will put off emotional load also any.

thats ur hormones raging inside. i used to feel the same and became a cry baby towards the end of my pregnancy. music helped me a lot. take ur mind off by doing some thing that will relax u. music, walking, cooking, creating crafts, drawing, coloring, talk to ur friends, read. anything. u will be fine in some time. best of luck.
