it happens due to harmone change.... it will go as you come to the end of pregnancy... Don worry

Dear Kavita, I had never got pimples ever, however after I got pregnant this was one of the most common and irritating problems I had to face other than nausea.. My forehead always got red pimples and sometimes my cheek as well. I talked to my gynac, and she told that it can happen due to pregnancy, however we are not supposed to take any OTC meds for pimples. I have been drinking a lot of water after that, it has made my skin glow and along with that, pimples didn't go completely, but have somewhat reduced. They still come and go. along with that, I sometimes use chandan powder too. hope this helps!!! :)
