I m 6 weeks pregnant, today morning I found bleeding heavily like we bleed during our periods. Immediately without missing a minute, I met my doc. He first gave progesterone injections to stop my bleeding n then did tranvaginal scan in which he found fetus is there in uterus but no cardiac activity was found. He said he will 1st try n stop bleeding then only he can do something but m still bleeding... Very worried n very te tensed...
