Kabhi kabhi 6-7 weeks me fetal heartrate detect nahi hota scan mey isliye bhi many docs suggest after 8th week. Because in moat cases by 8th week fetal heartrate, yolk sac sab ache sey bisible hojaata he.; Tension na ley. Bohot ai cheezen esi hoti he jo har doc alag tarike se handle kartey he. Always and always trust your doc. Meri doc ney mere b kuch tests nahi karwaye sirf imp one karwaye. Unhe jab pucha toh unhone kahan mujhey zaroorat lagti he toh main karwaati hun. Aapko karna he toh main likh kar de sakti hun but why do you want to if i feel no need. So chill. Docs know well. Thwy will handle. Have a happy pregnancy.
