I m doen physical activities to loose weight n dont eat junk food.my baby is 3 months old nw.i wann knw dat m loosing inches bt m not loosing weight.is dis inch lose temporary is dat d reason?

agree with <b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @63713f982338f60015eaa17b </span></b>ur body is weak right now..give it time ..just focus on the kind of diet u take... diet rich in iron and calcium wud benefit u.. it takes at least a year to shed pregnancy weight..

Ekta wait atleast till 6 months to start excercise and all. Your body needs to be regain its stamina and stitches need to be healed. Eat healthy food drink lots of fluids. Am sharing few articles please read them.<br>
