I m doing job for 8 hours where I have to sit there and work on computer and I am 4 months pregnant.. is it harmful in anyway? Because I like being busy so please tell me

Hi not a problem we have lot of working moms here, just make sure to take walk or stand every 1 hour. Take loo break, stay hydrated ,drink plenty of water.
