I m feeling very hungry these days.every hour I feel like eating.how to avoid this thing?m feeling like due to this m gaining more weight than normal.

divide it meals to six parts which shud contain fruits soups egg green veggies chicken mutton nuts..

U would feel more in following months try n eat something healthy.. Have yur meals every 2 to 3 hours u would feel better
