I m Fifth month pregnant,; feeling gas very much specially in evening to night due to that I have headache also. What to do?; Why it is so?

Try to have early dinner n go fir a stroll. Also u can drink cold milk or chaas at night to keep down acid reflux. Use two pillow to sleep that helped me alot. Also u can try eating ginger eith black salt before meal it helps.

Avoid spicy foods and keep less intervals in meals . Have saunf.; Have lots of fluids .

Avoid food which r causing you gas try to walk for some time after eating food it will help, my mil use to give me some onion salad with <u>food</u> it helped me a lot

Have raw(kachha) milk along with water..both 30ml each..mix together n have on empty stomach every morning...works wonders...also avoid tea and coffee please. I too faced severe gas issues during my <u>pregnancy</u>
