I m frustrated now becoz of high blood pressure kaise thk karu isse sab try karti hu stress free b rahene ka try karo but no use; at present i m not pregnant but becoz of this hypertension i lost my baby; now dr said firstly mujhe b.p control karna padega phr h mein again baby plan karu in further plss help me out of this prob soch soch k dimaag k dahi hojati hai....😢😢😢

App stress free rahne ka try Karte ho would acchi bat Hai...par Jo bhi karo apko accha lagne ke lite karo.... Mujhe jab bhi stressful hoti hu to walk pe chalu jati hu aur loud music sunti hu.. ya fir Jo bhi mujhe lagta Hai like deti hu. Don't b tensd,; if u r tensed ur bp will b high. Listen some music nd divert ur mind. Fully avoid outside food ,packed foods. In home made foods add very litle salt ,one tym in a day have food without salt. Use less sodium salt. Most imp is avoid tension, b tension <u>free</u>

Forget baby making now and indulge in other activities, join some classes yoga, swimming, dance anything. You will automatically conceive and BP will be in control. Letting go of something really works.

Answer is there In your question. Don't give up. Remove sadness, depression, frustration from life. Do you work? Try keeping some fish in aquarium and watch daily. This will help to lower your bp. Do some painting, sketching or art work. You can start gardening. All these divert you mind and keeps you happy.

Avoid salt in ur diet.. Once in a week try eating foods widout salt... Less sodium salts we get in markt.. My friend has controlled her <u>bp</u> wid dis.. Before trying pls consult ur doc also once..
