Take proper rest and lie on a bed without pillow...much better to consult ur gynec...stay happy... :)

Talk to your gyno since the pain is constant as you wrote. Avoid bending Or lifting anything much.

Plz confuse your doctor if pain is not going... keep warm water bottle for relief and apply moov or something.. take rest...
