Baby's position is headdown n placenta is anterior.
I have chances of normal delivery.
I m not doing any house hold work.
But doing some squatting exercise and 30 min. Walking.
I don't know when I delivered my baby. When I go thr. Labor.
If u can suggest any thing it will be helpful for me. Thank you

just relax, keep practising breathing exercises and stay calm. that's all you need to do. your body will give you signal before labour pains start... keep eating healthy food n take plenty of liquids... n wait for ur lil one. if you wish, u can indulge in shopping for the baby too. read up on delivery n labor pains, breastfeeding and taking care of a newborn, as you would need to know about these things n later u won't be getting time... that's all u need to do.. stay happy n all the best :)
