i had same problem of spotting since my 6th week then i hd been advised for bed rest and prenatal vitamins... then it got stopped.. it sometimes explained as a blood wch is thrown out when ur babys placenta gets attached with your utetus. but..ensure that it is brwon or pinkish old blood and not a frest blood dischrge like your periods. hope everything's gonn okay with you. stay blessed
