i m in a big tension, actually my son has fallen from the bed in the evening,he get swollen forehead from one side and i noticed very small clot of blood from coming out from his nose. is this the matter of worry, is there any chance of internal problem like injury n all. i am in a big big tension ,my son is 15 months old.
