My SiIL was facing the same issue. She used The Moms Co nourishing feeds tea and helped her a lot. It increased her milk after 2-3 cups a day and the results very awesome. Tea is a herbal blend and caffeine free. You should give it a try

for increasing breast milk add cumin seeds in ur food ...drink plenty of water n juices....apart from all this u can try Mamaearth milk plus tablets...they r really effective...this will boost ur milk production n improves d quality too.....try out
