hi vain, I am too suffering same problem my gyn said to take lactate powder with milk 3 times in a day. til now I have not tried.

Do you mean no milk at all ? Whatever you intake if not supported with stimulation then it will not make any difference. You need to feed the baby atleast eight to ten times a day.
