I need some remedy for constipation. My nine month old is very constipated, she poops once in 2 or 3 days and her stool is hard.
very good advice rashmi! hi malvika pls first identify what constpstes her. give papaya everyday. lots of water. add grated pumpkin/ doodhi/carrot to her dal/rice/khichadi. <u>tc</u>

prunes or soaked raisins are very effective for constipation. for sometime avoid giving banana n apple.
