yeah Moms, am in same problem. felt so Much pain in morning. even cant walk for 10mins continuesly. feeling very disappointed while seeing mirror 囧

Taking care of a baby without watching your posture can cause several aches and pains.
Start going for a 30-40 minutes walk daily. Do Postnatal exercises for building core muscles
Watch your diet. Eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, pulses, millets, paneer, sprouts.
Continue taking calcium supplements.
