I of my childhood memories for winters is - Dates milk which mom dad would make us drink regularly. It's very simple and easy... Dates are rich in vitamins, minerals and full of nutrients.
👉 2 -3 cups of milk ( depends on how many cups you are making )
👉 6-8 dates deseeded and chopped ( increase quantity of making for more people ) Boil milk and dates on slow gas till you see the milk had got the brownish colour of dates. As dates are sweet no need to add sugar.
This is very good for winters as it keeps you warm and;; healthy as well.
In case kids don't eat dates in milk like that, you can blend it and then give it to them...
