I read somewhere that its not a good idea to start d day of a kid with a glass of milk (packaged ones)since the milk these days is adulterated to some extent and hence can directly effect liver . i have a kid of 4 yrs whom i give milk in mrng before she leaves for school. N d school is so early in d morning that she wont eat nything...den just milk comes to the rescue.....But reading such things makes one dubious... m i doing ryt thing ??
Hi. your concern is legitimate. a lot of worries and theories hover around the intake of milk in kids. I've never fed my kids milk as a habit. I fees them if they feel like it..not as a necessity. They eat boiled eggs, dry fruit ladoos, dosa, banana, chickoo.. my son leaves at 6.45 and so far we have stuck to the routine.

hi anon. my childoo turns 10 yrs old this week and she still has only a glass of milk in the morning. its too early for her to eat anything. i try to give soaked badam to her though :) but i make her a proper tiffin for school. no shortcuts there :) i will never doubt amul milk. and thats what i give her.... its great if kids hv breakky in the morning. if not, a glass of milk is good! @616d5c785988200013dc45d1 @624bedd6781951001a0621e5
