I read somewhere that we can give vegetable puree to our little ones... but I m confuse so need ur help that which type of veg we can use to make veg puree for 11 months old ?
No deed to give any sort of puree to 11 month old baby. Give bite size pieces to baby and let the baby explore and enjoy the food

Carrot puree , sweet potato but small amount, beetroot puree
