I started blogging around 4-5 months back (gosh, I don't even remember exactly from when) and I was so passionate about it that at times when Yuv used to call me or wanted my attention I used to procrastinate him saying "Mumma is working". I was like blog blog and put all my thoughts in writing.

Slowly his tantrums increased and one fine day, he screamed - MUMMMAAAA and that was the moment. I realised his tantrums where just for my attention. All the crying, throwing things where to take away my whole attention off from my gadgets and towards him.
God! I cried like a baby that night. And that was a relief. I, now, always give him my whole attention, be it I am writing or doing home chores. And this resulted in lesser tantrums and; listening to my words too.
So basically, whenever you say my child doesn't; listen to me or pay me attention, just look in the mirror and ask - whom is he/she is copying?
