I , to babychakra mommies , always says keep urself calm. just relax ...
but honestly sometyms i also go crazy with my 2 and a half years son's tantrums... became very irritated and frustated... feel lyk screaming and cry out loud at times... sometimes dont have time to sit and relax , not even for 30 seconds in a day... sometimes have no time to manage basic necessary household chore... ( but need to be done, no matter how ) .
sometimes i desperately need break but cant help it too... i dont have helping hands...😣... can anyone advice on how i can manage things and control my emotions ... if not den plzzzzz do send me love nd hugs... ( if someone hv loads of love n hugs in their magic bags ) ...

I am in same condition with yours. Very sad. I m a mother of two girls.5yrs and 3yrs kid. Not a second to rest relax and look after myself. Its too hard being a mother wife and all full day worker in house hold things 🙁🙁 and also ur husband is same with my husband's behavior. He use to say the same thing. He said it's all my duties so i should do it all alone and all perfect. Too rude.

good yaar, we all have our meltdowns... sometimes when baby cries, i start crying because i am so damn tired. then he stops crying and looks at me all astonished... kya mummyy.... he he... whenever down, you know where to give a shout😃
