I used leftover upma to make this snacks...

Name I haven't decided yet...

Anyone here who can help me with name please.... Ingredients

Upma half cup

Besan 1/4 cup

Dry roasted oats powder 1/4cup

Coriander leaves chopped

Salt to taste

Lemon juice

Pepper powder to taste

Curry leaves

Ajwain seeds

Onion chopped

Vegetables chopped of your choice

Oil

Water
Method

Heat a pan and add 1tbsp oil..add curry leaves and Ajwain let them splutter..

Meanwhile make a batter of upma (you can use rawa too) besan oats powder and dhokla...

Check there is no lump...

Add this mixture to the heated pan and roast it...

Once the mixture leaves the pan and takes some shape switch off the gas..

Now let it cool a bit..

Preheat oven at 180 for 10 mins..

Take the mixture add salt, lemon juice, vegetables, onion, chopped coriander, pepper powder..

Apply some oil in your hands and give it the desired shape (my boys are fascinated by butterfly because learning about them only😂)

Bake it for 25 mins ...

You can even fry like I did for my husband who doesn't like baked version....

Serve hot with coriander chutney or ketchup..
