I wanna get back t exercise.... before delivery i use to jog everyday but now it seems difficult as i hvng sleepless night.. so whenever i get time in day i try to catchup to my sleep so going to gym or jogging ia lil difficult...

Can sumone suggest me exercise or yoga which i can do sitting next to baby.

You can start with having healthy meals. Then you can babywear and take small walks.
