you can eat in moderation.  proteins (if cooked right)  are good for you

it's ok to eat non veg.. these are infact good..just don't take anything too much..

If you eat regularly before pregnancy then no need to worry. Eat in moderation and eat during day time. Eat lots of salads with it and drink more water to avoid heat and constipation. Eat and enjoy food. No need to suppress.

U can eat in very less quantity but after 3rd month, these starting 3 months of pregnancy is very crucial.  So take care.
