I want to flatten my tummy before my baby`s first birthday. Is there any 15 min workout routine which I can follow early in the morning when my baby is asleep.. my weight is getting reduced each month I have already lost 9 kgs post pregnancy. But the problem is my tummy is still showing. Help mommies..

U can have methi seeds soaked overnight and take that in empty stomach...then go with Surya namskar,<u>squats</u>
