I wanted to start with normal milk for my 1 year old now....which milk would be the best and easily digestible ?? Have heard abt starting with cow's milk but then cant be sure of quality and purity al the time so wanted to know which one to start with ??
Cow Milk is best for the kids..go for packeted milk.. for the hygiene <u>factor</u>

Thank u Aditi i was just lil unsure about availabilty of cow's milk everwhere we travel in that case it becomes a task ..

If milk is causing gas then you can boil little saunf..in it..that helps it digest easily
