I went through C-section and my baby is of 3 months. My tummy has came out feeling like I am still pregnant. what should I do to reduce it?

take 30 minute walks twice a day. start slow and gradually increase depending on how you feel. Look at your diet too. control your portion sizes. 6 small meals a day is better. the tummy will take time to go. after 6 months you can do other workouts. also monitor your weight <u>regularly</u>
