i will be working from 8 am to 4pm from may 28th. so will not be able to feed my 2 month lo during dat time....so how to prevent engorgement during dat time?

am not uncomfortable to express milk....my seniors won't let me off even if am dying...and even if i do express milk der is no option to give to my <u>lo</u>

Why would you not be able to express milk ? It is part of your rights as per law to be allowed two nursing breaks if your baby is less than 15 months old and these can be used for expressing milk. Do speak to your line manager.
