Pratibha is a first ultrasound done then I will request you to please share your report here with me mild cramps but not absolutely with pain and and not equal to period cramps is normal in pregnancy until and unless it is followed by spotting or or increased thick white mucus discharge which is grey in colour or is yellowish or is pinkish in colour should be e seen by gynecologist followed with an immediate ultrasound and one HCG blood test today itself please do not delay if the pain is severe
