Iam 7 week pregnant..i feel uneasyness. .doctor adviced me to take bed rest.. should i prefer 5 km travelling on both sides for my job station

Initially till 12-13 weeks if doc says need to take rest! Later u can resume it back once you are comfortable and doctor allows
