I;am expecting my first baby on April 2nd and had a weird symptom pop up this evening for the first time. ;I noticed that my areolas were extremely dry (this has not happened before) — like the skin was flaking off of both of them. ;I started to examine them a bit and noticed that when I touched the nipple a bit, a clearish liquid came out — of both of them! ;It was;veryminimal… probably wouldn’t even soak through my clothes if I just let it be. ;I then squeezed both nipples to see if more would come out… AND IT DID! ;Is this normal ladies? ;Should I visit my doctor by tomorrow about it? ;It certainly didn’t look like milk… it was clear, but kind of oily when touched and rubbed between my fingers. ;If it is breast milk… I thought that didn’t come in until after the baby is born???

Hey Tripti it's absolutely normal, it's called colostrum and few leak before pregnancy itself. But in your next visit let your doctor know. And don't let your nipples go dry, apply nip care or desi ghee. Keep it soft and supple.
