Iam in my second trimester, week 18 and stArted with Yoga( lara dutta prenatal yoga), mine is no risk preg till now only tailbone pain so yoga does relaxes me. Kindly suggest if i should continue or quit if its not a good idea!

Please avoid sitting for longer times only set for 10 minutes meditation that is fine

Tail bone pain from past 1 month only when i sit for prolonged periods...its fine when i stand ..the yoga has all the postures sitting and standing

Prenatal yoga is generally safe during pregnancy, unless your pregnancy is high-risk. Since yours is no risk, it shouldn't be harmful as long as you're not pushing your limits too much. Also, since you say it's relaxing, it shouldn't be problematic. Discuss with your doctor to be extra sure.
