if my baby has measured big at 30 weeks ultrasound does it mean it will measure big uptil the end of pregnancy or can the growth slow down???
Most babies maintain the growth rate. What generally happens is that if the baby is big for gestation age we expect the delivery to happen a little before forty weeks. hence closer to week 37 is expected.
