I agree with Roopashree. Usually moms to be talk to the baby bump. It can defibitely hear your voice and around you. Its best to limit head phones let baby enjoy the music! A very good question.

Baby can feel.. It's always better not to use headsets. Research has shown that ppl who regularly use headsets develop more headaches, sleeplessness and they go 2 decibels deaf every year. Use a speaker.. and listen softly. It will be soothing.
