The very first thing you do is trust your doc. Take meds only which are prescribed by your gynac. Mostly you must rely on home remedies. My gynac is an old lady and she always tells me "do you wanna take meds for everything?, you are pregnant not sick, things will keep happening and you must resort to meds only when its completely unbearable."<br> She had prescribed me all the precautionary meds as per my history in a separate prescription paper and strictly told me you will take it only when you can take it no more,whether it is nausea/vomiting/headache or back ache or anything else.<br> So trust your gynac and belive in yourself too. Your body will tell you when you can tk no more.<br> Home remedies are best.

Thanks to all for ur valuable replies.im taking more rest now. But the bad thing is whatever I eat or drink even medicine comes out in vomiting. I Took steam felt good. But feeling very weak and on bed always.

Please check with your doctor regarding your Bp levels. I too had bad migraines during my pregnancy and a check revealed elevated BP. I had to monitor my salt intake very meticulously. Take ample rest, dont stress yourself

Don't take any migraine medicine as they are not safe.<br> Even Doctor prescribe migraine Medicine if you are <u>not</u> planning for baby atleast for three months. So how it is considered safe during pregnancy.
