I also had low laying placanta and was refused to travel and excercises by my earlier doctor but changed my doc at 8th month and did good excercises and walking about an hour and delivered healthy baby normally..... your doctor can guide you in detail but usually the placanta shifts by 7-8 months

Did your doctor say anything?; Because my SIL too had low placenta lying from the beginning till she delivered. Her doctor allowed her even to work so she travelled for more than an hour to reach her office , she was working till her 7th month. So follow what your doctor says.

Avoid climbing stairs, standing for much time, bending, long walking,,,, u can sit , walk a little .... Take as much rest as possible... This is what Dr. Shilpitha suggested me as me too having low lying placenta
