im 23 weeks pregnant. what should I take to reduce my body heat..sometimes my lower abdomen s paining

The pain in the lower abdomen is due to the stretching of the uterus. If it is not regular and does not have a pattern then there is no cause for concern. It is normal to feel warm in this weather. Drink plenty of fluids, wear loose light colored cotton clothes and undergarments, avoid going out in the afternoon and take two to three showers daily.

Include a lot of raw in your diet. Have a big bowl of fruits right after you wake up. Increase your intake of salads during lunch and dinner. Before you go to sleep, put a cold napkin /ice pack on your lower abdomen. Do it as long as you can. You are sure to see a difference.
