Include massor ki daal, chickpeas, rajmas and other beans in your diet.  masoor ki daal is the best source of iron for vegetarians. also include more vitamin c and folic acid for iron absorption.  now the best part is masoor ki daal not only has iron but has 100% folic acid daily dosage.  so its a win win situation.

Hi u can have leafy vegetables..carrot, beetroot (either cooked or juice as u wish.) have sugarcane juice, pomogranate, apple,dates,raisins.,watermelon,yogurts, vit C rich foods,legumes..
