im 30 weeks pregnant can ny 1 day y im feeling so much pain in my legs while I sleep n change my sides n also head ache

hello....sharmishtha this is normal im also facing this...this is happening bcz of increasing weight of baby and all the weight comes in our legs that's why our legs pain n swell....and old people also says pau bhari ho rahe he
