I'm 31 week pregnant and also I'm diabetic since 2 years now I'm under insulin..dr suggested me a streoid injection in 32 week..is it safe to have steroid injection..will it create any problem to baby..is it safe for baby?

It will not cause any problem if it is a progesterone medication do not worry steroid will only be given to help your Placenta I will also like to understand more in detail and will request you to upload your ultrasound report the latest ultrasound which would have been done in 26/28 week @616e501aca67e40013ac4b1e

Dr didn't mention the streoid name..she will suggest it only when I go for next visit..madam i just want to know it is common for high risk pregnancy?and will it create any problems to baby's health or brain development?
