I'm 33 weeks pregnant. But mujhe acchi Bhook nahi lagti.. Mein ek chapati bhi nahi kha pati hu.. Fir bhi mera weight bdhta rehta hai.. Aur baby ka bhi.. To mein dusra kuch bhi kha leti hu.. Fruit n milk etc

don't worry, jo accha lagta hai wo kaho..but healthy. and drink a lot of water... it's a good news that u both r gaining weight...<br> zaroori nai hai ki hat pregnant lady bahoot zayada khana khaye... mujhe bhi 1st baby mai bhook nai lagti thi aur 2nd baby mai bahot zayada bhook lagti thi... it's ok, it's normal.

Eat whatever makes Ur meal proper.. if not roti the try eating wheat daliya.. meal shud b wholesome.. <br> my mom makes roti churi... make masala roti break into pieces and add lot ghee and make some sabji and mash properly.. I love to eat especially when it had masala from few specific sabji
