your question is very very vague. why don't you go to your doctor and discuss with her/him in a more open manner. u can also seek second opinion. is your and your babies health so casual that issue can simply sorted on a forum with insufficient medical material? don't take me wrong but the truth is that you understand that there are many parameters that one needs to look at before decisions are taken.

shivani, i had c-section at 37 weeks, no steroid, perfectly healthy baby with no nicu... many doctors do suggest steroid. do talk it out with doctor and trust your doctor as well, they know your case best.... as for delivery next week, my doctor told me in these cases it is risk to wait beyond 37 weeks for delivery. go for it dear, you will meet your baby sooner.. all the best..
