I'm 4week pregnant and I feel some pain from 3-4 days . I mark with yellow color where is the pain occurrd.please tell me suggestions. Is it's about worried???

If there is no bleeding then do not worry also you facing heavy vaginal dischargealso mention your lmp date and have you tested with a pregnancy kit
