I’m about to introduce my 9+ old son cow milk for once a day so that he devlops a habit as my family is forcing for cow milk. Do i need to mix it with half water and half milk or should i introduce whole milk in one feed a day?
A simple example : Cow milk is tailor made for calfs who walks right after the birth. So imagine the calcium in that , how will a 9 mo human baby's digestive system take that much animal protein? Darshita you are educated and informed mother let your choice be also informed.

And you are supposed to concerned about the baby and not family. Educate them if they are not ready then ask the paed to. At the end it's your baby.

Hi 9 months is still early, cow milk will cause long term effects if introduced early. Any educated doctor will say no cow milk till 1 year.

Hello dear you can try by giving small amount of milk on one time in a day and observe baby reaction pee type, taste,digestion capacity so you can continue as your baby interest.
