I'm in 5th month pregnancy. Im getting sound sleep from 9-6 (in between rush to bathroom as well) . Because of that, I don't feel like eating in the nights. Will this long duration of empty stomach affect by baby's growth?

Hi....don't sleep empty stomach have something or take warm milk before going to bed as night's meal is very important but you aren't required to wake up in between your sleeping hours. When you get up in the morning then have a good breakfast.
Not at all. In the night you do not have to keep eating. Eat how you normally do in the day. Also please do read up on our articles on pregnancy and labour

No. not at all. If you are sleeping peacefully from night 9 to early morning 6.. that's good. As soon as you get up...make sure to have something. Drink lots of water.
