As per Advised by Mom Jasmeet - I felt exactly the same during my pregnancy, when I shared it with others, most said God is preparing you to stay up at night with the baby. I m sure your husband is there for you, we generally tend to expect a bit more from them. What worked for me was at night instead of allowing negative thoughts to occupy my mind, I utilized it to read parenting books, blogs and talking to my child in the womb

Hi Anu. sleepless nights, uneasiness are quite common in 2nd trimester. I used to be awake till 3am 4am in the morning. so please sleep and rest whenever you can and don't worry, take plenty of rest, eat healthy and take walks in the evenings slowly for half an hour or as much as you can.

As per Advised by Mom Kreeti - Anu don't worry, this weather change is taking toll on everyone. And especially it will be worse in your condition. The raging hormones and the new life inside you growing every minute will make this ride more crazy. It's ok to stay awake at nights, watch your favourite movies, read a comic book, just try not to think about it too much. And yes, drink a lot of water. Drink a little warm water with honey before bed time, it will help soothe the nerves. Take care and enjoy.
