It's normal in pregnancy but eat healthy foods. Don't worry about weight gain now. U should more concentrate on how much nutrition u will pass on to the baby inside .. most importantly it's always easy to lose healthy weight rather than unhealthy weight gain..;

Don&rsquo;t think about fat and all that. And also eat smart. Like for snacking you can eat paneer, murmura, chana, fruits, carrots. Avoid too much oily or fried foods. Eat curd, have milk.
