Hi I too had pcod problem, over came it and got pregnant. There are things you need to follow 1. Avoid eating out 2. Say no to packed and preservative added foods like masala oats, kellogs, maggi, chips, biscuits etc 3. Eat local vegetables and fruits 4. Eat fresh food, do not reheat the food again and again 5. Join gym and take weight training (very important to loose weight), even at home instead of calling your husband you can lift weights 6. Eat anjeer fresh or dried. Do all this sincerely for 3 months, you will definitely see the results. All the best.<br><br>
