Importance of Dumbell workout during pregnancy. 1. It strengthens abdominal muscles and back muscles, thus giving you the strength required to carry the baby. 2. It streghthens and stretches the back muscles, thus relieving the back pain. 3. Weight training increases your stamina, which is required more during normal delivery. 4. It encourages healthy weight gain and with proper breathing technique it streghthen your chest muscles and breathing capacity. NOTE: Please ensure you are breathing well while exercising.
